Floral Care

Congratulations on your beautiful arrangement. We're sure you have care questions, lets get into it.

  • All of our orders will come with a packet of food.

  • For our handtied bouquets, they can be placed in water as they are, if you prefer to open and set them in water, that can be done too.  

  • If you have one of our arrangements, those have water and food already in their vase.

  • We suggest watering your arrangement 2-3 days after receiving your flowers to maximize the lifespan of your arrangement.

How Your Information Is Stored & Protected

Customer and payment data is stored in Wix's data centers, including but not limited to locations such as United States, Ireland, Israel, or other jurisdictions as required for service. Wix and its service providers are contractually obligated to maintain security and protection of your data, regardless of the jurisdiction in which it is processed. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment is handled via trusted third-party processors which comply with industry security standards. Only limited payment data (such as transaction ID, last four digits of the card) may be retained for recordkeeping and customer support. All data transmissions involving payment or personal information are encrypted using industry-standard transport security. We may share your data with service providers (e.g. payment gateways, fraud detection, email services) who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We may be required to disclose data if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority. 

We do not sell your personal data.

  1. Do you do event florals?

Yes we do! We will soon offer Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar Rentals for events. 

For wedding prices, quotes, and styles please submit your event details in our Contact Us  and we will reach our as soon as possible.

2. Do you do custom orders?

Great question! The short answer is yes, we do ask for a two day ordering advance so we can ensure flowers are exactly to request. If the request and the timeline are unachievable for us, we will contact you immediately to see if accommodations/adjustments can be made.

 

As always, we want to provide the highest quality of customer service, so we will always set expectations for every order and provide full transparency.

For some scheduled event florals, check will be accepted. Please inquire at time of purchase if you are unsure.
